Yoga & Mindfulness: Kids Yoga

My classes are near Kroger East at my home-studio, with a max of 6 kids, or 4 families per class. This allows me to customize the practice according to each group’s needs.

TIMELINE

In February we will have a 5-week session, starting on Feb 7, until March 9 (the week before Spring Break).

TUE (Kids Yoga, 4:15pm)

WED (Family Yoga, 5:15pm)

THU (Family Yoga, 5:15pm)

PRICE:
$50 (5 weeks)
Classes are 45 minutes.

AGE GROUPS
Family yoga (3-5 year olds with caregiver)
Kids (6-8 year olds, drop off or caregiver stay and watch)
